The Cottages on Cantrell has been a vision of Aspen Community Development for years and has finally become a reality in the Waxahachie community. We are pleased to announce groundbreaking on a unique, multi-generational community that incorporates a comprehensive selection of custom “cottage” style homes explicitly designed for a “living large” feeling on a small footprint.

Cottage neighborhoods are planned communities that consist of a grouping of smaller residences centered around common gardens and communal areas designed to promote a close-knit sense of community and social activities with an increased level of contact.

Considerations involved in planning and amenities recognized included meandering walking trails, community gym, dog park, segregating parking and a private pedestrian bridge into Bullard Heights Neighborhood Park.
